001 / Brief
A rough brief.
One paragraph is honestly fine. Just the problem you're trying to solve, who it's for, and anything you've already tried that didn't quite work. There's no need to polish it.
Book a call / 30 minutes
Tell me briefly what you're working on, and I'll come back with a plain-English read on whether I'm honestly the right fit for it, what stack I'd recommend reaching for, and what a sensible ballpark scope might look like.
Thirty minutes really is enough for us to work out whether we're a good fit for each other and what a good outcome might actually look like, without you having to spend a day writing a brief for something that ends up going nowhere.
The calls are plain-spoken with no slide deck involved. Bring rough thinking, and you'll leave the conversation with a clearer sense of what your next step should be.

002 / Deadline
If something's driving the timing on your side (a campaign, a contract end, a board update coming up) please flag it for me. And if nothing in particular is driving it, that's genuinely useful to know too.
